PARENTAL COMMITMENT CONTRACT

I/we (“we”) understand that the commitment to Walpole Youth Football & Cheer is a substantial one; Discipline, respect, hard work and full effort are expected on a daily basis.

Additionally, we understand the need for promptness to both games and practices; We will do our best to support and encourage our child in meeting this commitment.

We understand that practices and games are top priority; They are not optional; While occasional unexpected situations may arise, WYFC will be a priority; We understand that there is a consequence at all levels for not attending practices.
